Website Issues: Posting Photographs in Personal Account

I have a problem trying to change the photograph in my personal account.  I can delete the photograph but when I try to upload a new file the original photograph returns.  Looks like a bug in need of a fix...

I've tested this out and it all seems fine.  Don't tick the 'Delete' checkbox just upload another image and it will automatically replace the first one.  The 'Delete' is just in case you don't want an image at all anymore.  Your old image might still appear until all cache's have expired, so be patient, it may not appear until the next day.  I like your current image anyway.
